Day 1, Copenhagen Arrival

Arrival in Copenhagen. As you arrive in one of the most charming cities in Europe, you will find yourself immersed in one of the friendliness places in Europe. In fact, in a recent World Happiness Report, Copenhagen ranked fifth among the world's happiest cities!

Day 2, Copenhagen

Today we will enjoy a private tour of Copenhagen by minibus with English speaking guide.
Some of what we will see includes:
Amalienborg Palace, the official residence of the Danish royal family, the world’s oldest monarchy.
Copenhagen's Nyhaven, or "New Harbor," with its historical colored buildings and sordid pat.
Tivoli Gardens, one of the world’s oldest operating amusement parks, built in 1843. It served as a model for America’s Disneyland.
The famous statue of the Little Mermaid (Lille Havfrue) by artist Edvard Eriksen that looks out over Copenhagen’s harbor, and is one of the city’s most popular tourist attractions.
Christiansborg Palace (Christiansborg Slot), Once the primary residence of Danish monarchs, it remains one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, with over 800 years of Danish history.

Today we will also enjoy lunch while we cruise the waters on a Canal Tour of Copenhagen, appreciating its famous architecture, from historical palaces to parks and promenades.

Day 3, Copenhagen to Stockholm

Explore Gamla Stan (Old town of Stockholm) with our charming expert guide. Gamla Stan, the Old Town, was founded in 1252, and is one of the largest and best preserved medieval city centers in Europe—also one of the foremost attractions in Stockholm. The narrow winding cobblestone streets, with their buildings in so many different shades of gold, give Gamla Stan its unique character. You feel like you are in a story set from the Middle Ages.

Private guided tour to Vasa Museum & the open-air museum of Skansen

The Vasa Museum is the most visited museum in Scandinavia, which houses the world's best preserved 17th century ship. Then visit Skansen, this open-air museum include a full replica of an average 19th-century town, in which craftsmen in traditional dress such as tanners, shoemakers, silversmiths, bakers and glass-blowers demonstrate their skills in period surroundings.

Late Morning: Visit the Abba Museum, a fun, interactive museum where you can virtually try on ABBA’s costumes, sing, play, mix original music and become the fifth member of ABBA by performing on our large stage together with Björn, Benny, Frida and Agnetha. If you are an Abba fan, this museum is a must. If you are not a fan, you will likely still have a blast at this creative, inspirational museum.

Day 6, Stockholm to Oslo, Norway

Welcome to Oslo, which from 1625 to 1925 was called Christiana and then back to Oslo. Oslo's history really begins in the Middle Ages, with its first town-like settlement in around 1000 AD. The city is located by the beautiful Oslo fjord, and is surrounded by green woodland hills forests. It is a great city for nature-lovers, but equally enticing to architecture buff’s, foodies, photographers, and culture-seekers.

Day 7, Oslo

After breakfast, we enjoy a private tour through beautiful Oslo with its perfect mix of classic and new architecture and culture. On our way we will stop at the city's most significant sights such as Stortorvet; the city's marketplace overlooked by Oslo Cathedral, the Royal Palace; home to the Norwegian royal family, Akershus Fortress that used to protect the city and the Oslo Opera House that ties together the modern city with the breath-taking nature surrounding it.

For lunch we experience Oslo’s food scene with a gastronomic tour highlighting local delicacies. Enjoy a peaceful walk in the city and together with our guide, exploring some of those hidden corners of Oslo that you might have a hard time finding. Our guide will give you a taste of Norwegian typical dessert and together will walk along towards the food market. Walk to some the city’s lesser-known areas and head for Mathallen, a covered market stuffed with food stands selling Norwegian and international produce. The city’s cuisine has a strong maritime theme and is now a foodie hot spot thanks to what’s known as New Nordic cuisine — food that revolves around nature, purity, freshness and simplicity.

Day 8, Oslo to Flåm

We depart cosmopolitan Oslo on through Norways scenic country side for a private 5 hour drive to Flåm, stopping along the way for that perfect Insta picture moment.

This drive will be filled with breathtaking landscape, featuring the gorgeous views of Tyrifjorden, the stunning lake of Krøderen. You will also pass the world’s largest road tunnel, the Lærdalstunnelen. And at the end of the tunnel, we will make a stop at the Stegastein Viewpoint.

Check in at hotel in Flåm, the fjord-side ending of the famous Flåmsbana Railway Line, one of the steepest and most scenic of its kind. The village of Flam is located in southwestern Norway, in an area known for its fjords.

We introduce you to the charming village of Flåm on a short, engaging walking tour of the town and its surroundings with a local expert.

Discover the village, with a still fjord and cool fresh air. See how the landscape changes with the light and get a feel for how life has changed in the Flåm area since the time of trolls and witches, up until the present day. Your guide will take you on a hike on the small hills and around Flåm center. We end the walk at Flåm beach with a bonfire, hot beverage and storytelling. Our knowledgeable guides will provide a unique insight into local history and culture of the area, and answer any questions you might have.

Dinner included at a local Microbrewery that has fantastic country cuisine.

Day 9, Flåm to Bergen

This morning we head out on a Private RIB Boat safari through the famous Unesco World Heritage Site fjords to spot the majestic seals, porpoises and eagles, and continue along the most scenic and beautiful train rides in the world.

This tour will head out through the world heritage Aurlandfjord and further into the stunning Naeroyfjord. Head to Gudvangen, which is also the turning point and the end of the fjord. Return on the other side of the fjord and will have a different view! Along the way, you will make stops at attractions and spot for seals, porpoises and eagles. Our guide will tell you about the fjord, local history and wildlife and also share with you stories, tales and legends from various places of interest.

After a lunch break (lunch included) you will take a ride on the famous Flamsbana (Flåm Railway). It is considered one of the most scenic and beautiful train rides in the world. The journey takes you from Flåm to Myrdal by the fjord to the top of the mountains, and during the 20- kilometer train ride, you can see rivers cutting through deep ravines, waterfalls cascading down the sides of steep, snow-capped mountains and mountain farms clinging dizzily to steep hillsides. We will then proceed to Bergen by private vehile. Along the way, you can enjoy the views overlooking the fjords, and we will make a few scenic stops as well.

Bergen is Norway’s second city, and is a fantastic jumping-off point to visit some of Norway’s most astounding nature. It is famous for its stunning location on the water, which provides the perfect mirror for Bergen’s colorful wooden houses, which reflect in pristine waters below.

Day 10, Bergen

Enjoy a 4 hour private walking tour in Bergen with an English speaking local guide, including a sea-food tasting at the famous Bergen Fish Market for lunch. (alternatives will be arranged for those who do not each seafood).

Free afternoon to enjoy Bergen, we recommend taking the funicular and do some light hiking on Mount Floyen or just enjoy the view overlooking Bergen.

OR enjoy optional tours such as: kayaking or a fjord cruise to Mostraumen

Farewell dinner, a Zoom Signature Event. Tonight we end our tour of Scandinavian with a nod to the past in modern day Norway.
